Technical Support: 24/7 technical support and helpdesk services for educational environments.

User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services.

Authorised Use: You may only use our services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and educational policies when using our services.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks

Service Level Agreement

Availability: We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for our core services, with scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance.

Support Response: Priority support tickets will be acknowledged within 2 hours during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday).

Emergency Support: Critical issues affecting educational operations will receive immediate attention 24/7.

Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Our data handling practices are governed by:

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • You violate these terms of service
  • Your account becomes overdue on payments
  • We detect fraudulent or illegal activity
