A kit containing 15x CDR serial numbered pairs one MASTER and one COPY in rigid plastic CD pages. The master remains in the file at all times and the copy is used for evidence. 15x 2 Part carbonated incident log sheets, these are serially numbered to a pair of disk in the file. The second part of this form, is card, and is designed to stay in the file for immediate reference to the incident.

15x CD cases extremely robust and durable (not jewel cases). Complete with CCTV evidence seals and 2x A4 CCTV warning signs (supplied with a permanent marker pen for operator’s details). Data protection compliant.
