During February 2011, Tech365 was contacted by FRH Electronics with a rather unusual enquiry.  FRH Electronics had a customer who required High Definition CCTV Equipment to be streamed wirelessly with telemetry over 2.2 Kilometres to an IP NVR recording unit located in their Head Office.

FRH Electronics had spoken to a number of other CCTV supply companies but had come across a brick wall in terms of knowledge and capability, together with willingness to accept the challenge.

The staff however at Tech365 always looking for a new challenge took the enquiry on board and began to research the technologies involved and the equipment that would be required to complete the project, with one of the Tech365 Directors attending the site of the prospective customer with the owner of FRH Electronics.  Very quickly it became apparent that Samsung Techwin were the most suitable product vendor and Tech365 was able to provide FRH Electronics with a full list of model numbers together with specification documents and PDF technical sheets to support the suitability.

The equipment from Samsung Techwin was so new to the market that a lead time of 3 weeks was identified whilst the equipment was shipped in and following the succesful fulfilment of the order FRH Electronics completed the installation and the end user customer was delighted with the results.
